Possibility of obtaining Portuguese nationality or permanent residence, including for family members.
Golden Visa:
The Residence Permit for Investment Activity (ARI) program, known as the Golden Visa, has undergone significant changes:
Real Estate Investments: The direct purchase of real estate is no longer an eligible option for the Golden Visa. However, investments in venture capital funds remain valid, as long as they do not include direct or indirect real estate investments.
New Investment Modalities: Investment options now include:
Creation of at least 10 jobs.
Minimum investment of €250,000 for artistic production or maintenance of national heritage.
A minimum investment of €500,000 in scientific research activities.
A minimum investment of €500,000 for the acquisition of units in investment funds or venture capital funds aimed at capitalizing companies.
